The fourth concept from THE CUT, focused on smoked meats. Think ribs on the bone, wagyu brisket, lamb shoulder, pork sausage and loin, all either braised, skewered or charcoal-grilled. The mood of the place is something between the local diner and a community canteen, with a mix of high-and-low tables and a lot of neon. Concept is GRILL SMOKY HOT ! with a fun twist as always !
